Hi mcgyver816, I empathize with your frustration. But this is a volunteer user-to-user forum and MSI does not participate here.

I think you'll need to contact MSI Support directly (follow the 'Service' link at the top of this webpage). I checked the GE60 0ND downloads link you provided and I did find the SCM. It is typically located in the 'Utilities' downloads and a copy is available for your notebook when you select 'Win7 32' for the operating system.

It may be that MSI used this same 32-bit version for Win7 64 and Win8 64 as well. Again, you'll have to talk MSI Support for more information. However, if your need is urgent, then I would give the 32-bit version a try. Do not try to use an SCM download for a different model because it probably won't work correctly. Kind regards, David. I also checked at -they had lots of drivers for the GE60 0ND, but no MSI SCM software (for any version of Windows). @mcgyver816: Another thing to consider about the SCM is that it needs to be compatible with the BIOS and EC firmware version in your notebook. Before you contact MSI Support, it will be helpful if you obtain your BIOS and EC firmware versions because they will probably ask you for them. Booting into the BIOS should reveal them. Answer Firstly, please make sure your SCM version is newer than 10.012.10233. If not, MSI has provided the latest SCM (System Control Manager) utility for our distinguished customer. Additionally, user can download the latest SCM from download page on MSI official website easily. If you need the Uer Guide of Upgrading SCM, please refer to the attached file.

Note: If your OS (Operation System) is upgraded from Win 7 to Win8, you can not use this method to upgrade your SCM. Due to that, please use special version 10.212.11060 SCM (Only for Windows 8 upgraded from Windows 7).
